Airport Fashion- Travelling Overseas

Friday, 31 May 2013

Most people would agree that travelling the world is one of the best things anyone could experience. However, the long haul flights, long waits in airports and uncomfortable surroundings (in economy class of course) are not ideal! One thing that you shouldn't have to worry about when travelling is how to look stylish and feel comfortable at the same time.

Comfort is KEY. As much as I'm sure you want to look your absolute best whilst flying trust me its not that easy. Forget the leather pants, the copious amounts of jewellery and heels, and dress for comfort. That means get out the leggings (decent ones of course- NOT JEGGINGS), the ballet flats or sneakers, the basic shirts and cardigans.

Now some of you are probably thinking "but I want to look stylish"- my answer is; you will! With the right colours and styles you can still look the part, and for those that want to, you can easily bring a pair of clothes to change into before you disembark.

Below are some airport style looks to follow

In terms of carry on luggage, this is the one thing that will instantly represent your image. In my opinion, go for brown or black leather bags as both of these colours go with any outfit and will make you look stylish and sophisticated.

Tomorrow I'm off on my big adventure to Europe and trust me, with the 24hr flight ahead of me- I will be dressed for ultimate comfort! Unfortunately, blog posts will not be as frequent as they normally are- but I will try my best!

Ciao for now blog lovers

xx
